The University of Chicago Medical Center has a confidential Compliance Resource Line for you to call if you have a question or would like to report an issue about billing, coding, documentation, or privacy.


The toll-free phone number is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.  It is completely confidential - there's no caller ID on the line - so there is no way to know who is calling.


A designated member of the Office of Medical Center Compliance staff investigates every call that comes to the Compliance Resource Line.


If you would like a return phone call, please leave a name and a number where you can be reached.  Your call will be returned within 1 business day or sooner, depending on the time that the message is received.


If you choose not to leave your name, please leave enough detail so your question or concern can be investigated.
